By registering for a class in Music Together^® in Bern you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions.

Enrollment and payment policies

• Please pay the class tuition in full at the time of registration. 
Semester tuition must be paid in order to receive class materials.

• Registrations that are cancelled two weeks before the first class or earlier will be refunded in full. Registrations that are cancelled less than two weeks before the first class will be refunded minus a 40.- CHF processing fee.

• No refunds once classes have started. Opened class materials cannot be returned.

• Please note that the one-time only enrollment fee of 30.- CHF for newly registered families is non-refundable. 

• Since we limit class size to maximum of 12 children, sometimes we must cancel or merge a class due to low enrollment. Likewise, there is also the possibility of splitting a class into two for high enrollments. 

Health policies

• If you or your child has a contagious sickness, please do not come to class. If you or your child has a fever, you must be fever-free (without the aid of antipyretics) for at least 24 hours before returning to class. In case of sickness, please inform your teacher as soon as possible. 

• You are invited to schedule a make-up class on another day, they must be used within the current semester. 
For your convenience, we offer unlimited makeup classes per semester. "Enrolled families" can find the make-up scheduler under the related tab after logging in to the website. 

• The materials used during the lesson are cleaned afterwards. It is expected that the children will put them in their mouths and this is perfectly normal. However, please keep track of what goes in the mouth and when this activity is finished, put the object in the "wet box" so that it can be disinfected after the lesson.

Classroom policies

• Please give your child her/his snack before or after class, no eating during class please. Water and of course bottle and breast feeding are allowed.

• We want to keep our 45 minutes together as musical as possible. No toys please. 

• Older siblings (older than 5 years) can visit the class in exceptional circumstances, such as school holidays. We only request for their participation to musical fun! Please notify the teacher about the visit in advance. 

• Our lessons will start and end on time. In order not to miss "Hello Song", we kindly ask you to be at the venue 10 minutes before the start time. 

• Please silence your cell phones and avoid texting/scrolling during class. 

• Occasional photos and videos are Ok. We understand that photos/videos will be a great reminder of the memories you have with your child. However, please check with your classmates before posting them on social media. Likewise, photos taken by the teacher in class will not be shared on social media without your permission. 

By enrolling in a Music Together^® class at Music Together Bern, a licensed Music Together center, you agree that any information you provide will be shared with Music Together Worldwide (MTW).
